We’re delighted to have secured a spot in the prestigious Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list for the UK in 2023. This recognition, developed by Newsweek and Best Practice Institute (BPI), highlights our commitment to fostering a workplace where employees are not just assets but integral contributors to the company’s success.
Antonio Gulino, our CEO, expressed his pride in the achievement, stating, “Being on this prestigious list is an honor for K2 Partnering Solutions and underscores our inclusive global culture.” K2 boasts a workforce representing 54 nationalities and speaking 58 languages, showcasing the company’s dedication to diversity and collaboration. Gulino emphasized that the transparent communication of goals and career opportunities ensures that employees understand the competencies needed for success from day one.
K2’s placement was determined through a comprehensive survey involving over 2 million employees across businesses of varying sizes. The evaluation delved into employee sentiments, gauging their engagement levels, positivity towards the workplace, and commitment to the organization’s success. This indication of our positive company culture follows our people’s previous excellent feedback which led to us being recognized with a Most Loved Workplaces® certification.
Nancy Cooper, Global Editor in Chief at Newsweek, commented on the evolving landscape of workplaces. She said, “With the rapidly changing workplace and competition for top talent, more companies are recognizing the importance of employee engagement and commitment.”
Louis Carter, CEO of Best Practice Institute, emphasized the challenge and priority of understanding and acting upon employee sentiment. “The companies on this list have committed to listening carefully to their employees to create a workplace employees love.”
The selection process for the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® involved a meticulous evaluation. Employee survey responses constituted 35% of the score, while 25% was derived from the analysis of external public ratings. The remaining 40% came from direct interviews and written responses from company officials. Newsweek conducted additional research to finalize the list and determine the rankings.
K2 Partnering Solutions’ inclusion in the Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® for the UK is not only a testament to our commitment to employee satisfaction but also a reflection of our global reach and diverse, inclusive culture.
